Fosun International Limited successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting on June 6, 2024, with all proposed resolutions passed with overwhelming majority votes. Key resolutions included the approval of the audited financial statements, the declaration of a final dividend for 2023, and the re-election of executive and independent non-executive directors. Additionally, mandates were approved for the repurchase and issuance of company shares, as well as for the granting of options and award shares under various share schemes.
