Fossil Group (FOSL) just unveiled an update.
Fossil Group, Inc. is streamlining its executive team as part of its Transform and Grow strategy, resulting in the elimination of Darren E. Hart’s role as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Hart will stay on board until April 26, 2024, after which his duties will be distributed among other executives. He is set to receive severance payments and benefits according to a pre-existing agreement with the company.
