Fossil Group (FOSL) has shared an announcement.
Sunil M. Doshi, CFO of Fossil Group, Inc., has announced his resignation effective July 19, 2024, which is not due to any internal disagreements or issues. Jeffrey N. Boyer will cover the role during the transition. Ankura Consulting Group has been hired to provide interim CFO services, appointing Andy Skobe as the interim CFO. Meanwhile, Fossil Group is actively searching for Doshi’s permanent replacement. This announcement was made public through a press release on July 1, 2024.
