Forward Industries (FORD) has released an update.
At the 2024 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting of Forward Industries, Inc., shareholders cast their votes on key proposals, resulting in the election of three directors and the ratification of the company’s independent accounting firm for the fiscal year 2024. Additionally, an amendment was approved to authorize a reverse stock split at a board-determined ratio between 1-for-2 and 1-for-3. The meeting concluded successfully with sufficient votes, rendering the motion to adjourn for additional proxy solicitation unnecessary.
