Fortescue Metals Group Ltd has announced the appointment of Noel Pearson as a director of the company effective from August 1, 2024. As per the initial director’s interest notice, Pearson does not currently hold any securities in the company either as a registered holder or under any other interests. This disclosure is in compliance with the listing rule 3.19A.1 and the Corporations Act.
