Forterra (GB:FORT) has released an update.
Forterra plc has announced the successful exercise of share options by Strategy and Development Director Darren Rix, following the maturation of the company’s 2020 Save As You Earn Scheme. Rix exercised a total of 12,080 options at an exercise price of £1.49, as reported by the scheme administrators, Link Group. This transaction reflects less than 1% of the company’s issued share capital and aligns with HMRC regulations from the scheme’s 2020 inception.
