Forterra (GB:FORT) has released an update.
Forterra plc has announced the exercise of share options by Director and PDMR Adam Smith following the maturation of its 2020 Save As You Earn Scheme. Smith exercised 12,080 options at £1.49 each, which is in accordance with the scheme’s initial terms set by HMRC rules, resulting in a beneficial interest of less than 1% of the company. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange and is part of the company’s ongoing compliance with the Market Abuse Regulations.
