Forterra plc recently issued a correction regarding its AGM 2024 Results, specifically adjusting the final dividend from 3.7 pence to 2.0 pence per Ordinary Share for the year ended 31 December 2023. All resolutions were passed with overwhelming majority votes, with full details to be made available on the National Storage Mechanism. The company has ensured that all other aspects of the AGM results remain unchanged following this amendment.
