Forterra plc, a prominent UK manufacturer of masonry products, has announced that Divya Seshamani will step down as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Sustainability Committee by the end of September 2024. She will be succeeded by Gina Jardine. The company is actively seeking a new Independent Non-Executive Director to join its Board.
