Forsys Metals Corp. has reported a successful annual meeting with a strong shareholder presence, where 60.46% of the company’s issued common shares were voted. Shareholders overwhelmingly supported the election of the five director nominees, with one nominee receiving nearly unanimous approval. Additionally, the company’s auditors, BDO Audit Pty Ltd., were re-appointed during the meeting.
