Formula Systems (1985) Ltd. shareholders convened for their annual meeting, resulting in the approval of four board members’ re-elections and the re-appointment of their independent registered accounting firm. The sole board member not re-elected was Mr. Ohad Melnik. These decisions are in accordance with the Israeli Companies Law and will influence the company’s governance and financial oversight.
