Formfactor (FORM) just unveiled an announcement.
Lothar Maier has decided not to seek re-election as a director of FormFactor, Inc., with his term ending at the next annual stockholders’ meeting on May 17, 2024. To fill the resulting vacancy and expand the board, Kevin Brewer, a seasoned professional with over 40 years in the semiconductor industry, has been appointed as a director. Brewer, who comes with extensive experience from his time at Axcelis Technologies and Raytheon Company, will contribute to the Audit and Governance and Nominating Committees and has agreed to the company’s standard compensation and indemnification for directors.
