Formation Metals Inc. has extended its warrant incentive program deadline to January 31, 2025, allowing warrant holders to gain an additional common share purchase warrant for every warrant exercised. This move aims to boost participation and generate working capital, with shares priced at $0.20 and $0.30 for initial and incentive warrants, respectively.
