Foresight VCT PLC has announced a new offer to raise up to £20 million, with an option for an additional £5 million, by issuing new shares. This offer provides investors with an opportunity for VCT tax reliefs and aims to enhance the company’s liquidity for future investments and maintaining dividends. The offer will remain open until April 2025, or earlier if fully subscribed.
