Ford Motor Company has announced the appointment of Ms. Adriana Cisneros to its Board of Directors, effective from July 11, 2024. At 44 years old, she will contribute to the Nominating and Governance Committee as well as the Sustainability, Innovation, and Policy Committee. Ms. Cisneros will be compensated in line with the existing rates for non-employee directors.
