Foran Mining Corporation has successfully completed the second tranche of its $360 million private placement, raising an additional $71 million. The funds are earmarked for the exploration and development of the company’s mineral projects in Saskatchewan, with Fairfax and Agnico Eagle showing significant investment interest.
