Food Empire Holdings Limited has announced the transfer of 110,000 treasury shares to support its Employees’ Share Option Schemes, slightly reducing its treasury shares from 20,033,200 to 19,923,200. This transaction represents a minimal change in the percentage of treasury shares held by the company, from 3.779% to 3.758%, with the transferred shares valued at S$93,028.25.
