Folangsi Co., Ltd announced that all resolutions proposed during its Annual General Meeting on June 14, 2024, including the adoption of financial statements, directors’ reports, and profit distribution plan for 2023, were unanimously passed by shareholders. Attendance was high with approximately 90.90% of the shareholders present, and the meeting’s proceedings were in compliance with PRC laws, Listing Rules, and the company’s Articles of Association.
