Focus Graphite Inc. has successfully completed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $400,000 through the issuance of units. Each unit, sold at $0.075, comprises a common share and a warrant enabling the purchase of another share at $0.10 within 36 months. The funds raised are earmarked for the company’s operational expenses and general working capital.
