Focus Graphite Inc. has announced an increase in its private placement offering from $500,000 to $525,000, allowing for the sale of additional units and extending the warrant terms from 24 to 36 months. The raised funds will support the company’s operations and general capital needs. The offering, which includes common shares and purchase warrants, is set to close on October 10, 2024, pending standard regulatory approvals and conditions.
