FMR LLC has increased its stake in Dalata Hotel Group PLC, crossing the 8% threshold of voting rights on July 18, 2024. This change was officially notified to the company and the Central Bank of Ireland on July 22, 2024. The investment firm now directly holds over 17 million voting rights, representing a significant interest in the hotel group’s operations.
