Flying Nickel Shareholders Approve Nevada Vanadium Merger

Flying Nickel Mining Corp. (TSE:FLYN) has released an update.

Flying Nickel Mining Corp. reported that their shareholders approved the merger with Nevada Vanadium Mining Corp. with a resounding majority at their recent meeting. Nearly 95% of the votes cast by disinterested shareholders were in favor, moving the company closer to finalizing the deal subject to customary closing conditions, including court and regulatory approvals. All other proposals at the meeting, including the election of directors, were also passed with high approval rates.
