Flying Nickel Revises Deal to Sell Minago Project

Flying Nickel Mining Corp. has revised its agreement with Norway House Cree Nation and its subsidiary to sell its Minago Nickel project in Manitoba. The enhanced deal will detail the transfer mechanics for the Minago assets, with shareholder approval to be sought at a special meeting scheduled for October 21, 2024. This move is part of Flying Nickel’s portfolio reorganization, as the company also owns the Gibellini vanadium project in Nevada.
