Flutter Entertainment Plc has announced significant changes to its Board of Directors and Board Committee membership following the departure of Mr. Richard Flint and Mr. David Lazzarato, who decided not to seek re-election. As part of the reshuffle, Nancy Cruickshank takes on a new role as Chair of the Risk and Sustainability Committee, among other committee membership updates, marking a new chapter in the company’s governance structure.
