Fluidra (ES:FDR) has released an update.
Fluidra announces its eighth promissory note issuance program, ‘Fluidra Promissory Notes Program 2024’, with a maximum balance of €200 million, to diversify its financing sources and enhance working capital flexibility. The program, valid until June 28, 2025, allows the company to issue notes in euros or U.S. dollars with varying maturity terms based on market conditions.
