Flowtech Fluidpower plc, a specialist in technical fluid power products and services, has announced a change in its financial advisory structure with Panmure Liberum Limited now serving as the company’s Nominated Adviser and Broker. This move follows the all-share merger between Liberum Capital Limited and Panmure Gordon Group Limited. The company’s leadership, including Non-Executive Chair Roger McDowell and CEO Mike England, remains focused on guiding Flowtech through this transition.
