FLJ Group Limited announced significant changes to its board of directors, with five members resigning and two new appointments on May 13, 2024. The resignations of Mr. Chen Chen, Mr. Zhenkun Wang, Mr. Zongquan Yang, Ms. Yanan Zhou, and Ms. Yue Hu were cited as being due to personal reasons, with no disagreements regarding company operations. The company has welcomed Ms. Nini Qiao and Dr. Guofu Wu as new independent directors, with Ms. Qiao joining the audit and nominating committees, and Dr. Wu joining the audit committee.
