Flexiroam Ltd (AU:FRX) has released an update.
Flexiroam Limited has announced the issue of new unlisted options with varying strike prices, set to expire on May 15, 2029. A total of 17,180,000 options will be issued, divided equally among three different strike prices: $0.035, $0.075, and $0.115. These options are part of an employee incentive scheme and will not be quoted on the ASX.
