Flexiroam Limited successfully completed its fully underwritten entitlement offer, closing with $1,038,232.70 raised before costs. This fundraising was achieved by offering new shares to existing shareholders, with the underwriter, led by the company’s CEO, covering the shortfall. The new shares will be issued and commence trading on the ASX by the end of July, expanding the company’s share capital.
