Flex LNG Ltd. has announced a quarterly cash distribution of $0.75 per share, to be paid from the Company’s Contributed Surplus Account. Different ex-dates and payment dates are set for shareholders on the New York Stock Exchange and the Oslo Stock Exchange due to a change in settlement cycles. Flex LNG, known for its fleet of thirteen modern and fuel-efficient LNG carriers, is listed on both NYSE and OSE under the ticker FLNG.
