Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (FLCT) has announced the successful renewal of a 12-year lease with the Commonwealth of Australia for the Caroline Chisholm Centre, set to commence on July 5, 2025. Services Australia will occupy 100% of the building’s lettable area, securing long-term tenancy for FLCT. The lease agreement underscores FLCT’s commitment to maintaining strong and enduring relationships with its tenants.
