Fitzroy River Corp Finalizes Share Sale Facilities

Fitzroy River Corp. Ltd. (AU:FZR) has released an update.

Fitzroy River Corporation Ltd has successfully concluded its Unmarketable Parcel Sale Facility and Share Sale Facility, enabling shareholders with small holdings to sell their shares efficiently and at no extra cost. A total of 321,196 shares from 264 holdings are set to be sold through the Unmarketable Parcel Facility, and 46,420 shares from 9 holdings through the Share Sale Facility. The company has appointed Taylor Collison Limited to manage the sale and has assured shareholders that they will receive their proceeds promptly and without incurring any brokerage or handling fees.
