Robinson, a Wharton School graduate with a professional coaching certification, brings extensive leadership and marketing skills from her tenure at Denver Pepsi Cola, EventConnex, Ascent Sports, and Frito-Lay. Recognized for her ability to mentor talent and foster team growth, she joins the Audit Committee as an independent director under NASDAQ rules, without any undisclosed arrangements affecting her appointment.
