First Sponsor Group Ltd (SG:ADN) has released an update.

First Sponsor Group Limited has announced the successful issuance of Series 3 Convertible Securities, raising approximately S$244.0 million in its recent Rights Issue. These securities are set to be listed and commence trading on the SGX-ST Mainboard on September 30, 2024. The securities will be direct, unconditional, subordinated, and unsecured obligations of the company, ranking equally with any Parity Obligations.
