First REIT Secures Lease Extension to 2046

First Real Estate Investment Trust (First REIT) has successfully extended the land leases for the Imperial Aryaduta Hotel and Country Club in Indonesia for an additional 20 years, now expiring on 12 May 2046. This extension secured by the National Land Office of the Republic of Indonesia strengthens First REIT’s asset longevity.
