First REIT Renews Lease Agreement for Aryaduta Hotel

First Real Estate Investment (SG:AW9U) has released an update.

First Real Estate Investment Trust has announced the renewal of the master lease agreement for the Imperial Aryaduta Hotel & Country Club, effective from January 2025. The fixed rent for the term is set at over 22 billion Indonesian Rupiah, payable quarterly. An independent valuation confirmed the rent aligns with market rates.
