First Phosphate Corp. (TSE:PHOS) has released an update.

First Phosphate Corp. has announced a planned $1 million non-brokered private placement to fund its exploration and development activities. The offering will include a mix of flow-through shares and hard dollar units, with proceeds supporting projects in Québec. The company aims to finalize the offering by the end of December 2024.
