First Graphene Ltd has reported significant advancements at its Henderson graphene manufacturing facility, including a 60% increase in downstream process efficiency and a 67% reduction in milling costs due to a new Retsch mill. Additionally, the forthcoming integration of a Micrea microwave dryer in mid-2024 is expected to further enhance production efficiency by accelerating drying times and reducing energy and labor costs. Overall, these improvements have led to a 32% boost in production rates, a 25% cut in power costs, and an expanded range of graphene products.
