Shireman, whose term was due to conclude at the 2025 shareholder meeting, without citing disagreements with the company’s operations. John Shireman, a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in the truck dealership industry, has been appointed to fill the vacancy. In the same announcement, the company reported the results of its Annual Meeting of Shareholders, which included the election of four directors, the ratification of Crowe LLP as the independent public accounting firm for the upcoming fiscal year, and the approval of executive compensation in a non-binding advisory vote.
