Firm Capital Mortgage Investment Corporation reported a slight dip in net income for Q1/2024, with a 1.6% decrease to $8.57 million compared to the same period last year, attributed to lower average interest rates on their investment portfolio. Despite this, the company’s investment portfolio grew by $15.1 million to $613.2 million, with an average interest rate of 10.89%. Additionally, the company has declared monthly cash dividends for July, August, and September.
