Firetail Resources Limited (AU:FTL) has released an update.
Firetail Resources Limited is set to acquire up to 80% of the York Harbour Copper-Zinc-Silver Project in Newfoundland, Canada, a site with historical production and significant potential indicated by previous shallow explorations. To facilitate this acquisition, Firetail plans to raise approximately $1.57 million through strategic investor placements and an entitlement issue for current shareholders. The company has also expanded its ownership to 70% in the Picha and Charaque Copper Projects in Peru, following the completion of a promising drilling program.
