FireFox Gold Corp. Targets $2M Fundraising

FireFox Gold Corp. (TSE:FFOX) has released an update.

FireFox Gold Corp. is set to raise $2 million through a non-brokered private placement of 40 million units priced at $0.05 each, which includes common shares and warrants, to fund exploration in Finland and for general working capital. Additionally, the company completed a ‘Shares for Services’ transaction, issuing shares for advisory services to Agentis Capital Mining Partners. The proceeds will support the company’s mineral exploration projects in northern Finland, with both share issuances subject to a four-month hold period.
