Firefinch Settles Disputes, Transfers Mali Interests

Leo Lithium Ltd. (AU:LLL) has released an update.

Firefinch Limited has resolved disputes with the Government of Mali through a series of agreements, involving a US$60 million payment by Ganfeng on behalf of Leo Lithium Ltd to settle claims related to the Morila Gold Mine and the Goulamina Lithium Project. Additionally, Firefinch will contribute A$11.5 million towards this settlement and transfer its mining interests in Mali to a government company, while Leo Lithium has sold its interest in MLBV to Ganfeng for US$342.7 million.
