Fire Rock Holdings AGM Sees Strong Shareholder Approval

Fire Rock Holdings Ltd (HK:1909) has released an update.

At the recent Annual General Meeting of Fire Rock Holdings Limited, shareholders showed overwhelming support, with a turnout of 51.68% of total shares, as they voted unanimously in favor of all proposed resolutions including the re-election of directors, the reappointment of the auditor, and the mandates for share allotment and repurchase. The only resolutions not receiving 100% support were those to extend the mandate to issue additional shares, which still garnered 99.71% approval.
