Fintel PLC, a leading UK fintech and support services provider, has announced the issuance of 23,529 new ordinary shares to meet obligations under its Company Share Option Plan. These shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the AIM market on the 8th of May, following which the total issued share capital will be 103,872,214 ordinary shares. This move is part of the company’s commitment to enable its members to participate in the company’s growth and success.
