Finseta Executives Trade Company Shares

Cornerstone FS Plc (GB:FIN) has released an update.

Finseta plc, a technology-driven foreign exchange and payments solutions firm, has disclosed significant share transactions by top executives. Gareth Edwards, the Non-Executive Chairman, acquired 65,000 shares, while Non-Executive Director Simon Bullock bought 25,000 shares, both at 38.5p each. Conversely, Chief Information Officer Bill Newton sold 338,000 shares at an average of 38.68p.
