Finsbury Growth & Income Trust PLC has announced the buyback of 164,219 of its own shares at a price of 836.08 pence each, with the shares to be held in treasury. This transaction follows the authority granted at the company’s Annual General Meeting earlier this year and leaves the total number of voting rights in the company at 175,547,004.
