Finsbury Growth & Income Trust PLC has reported purchasing 195,611 of its own Ordinary Shares at 848.68 pence each, which will be held in treasury. This buyback is part of a plan approved at the company’s Annual General Meeting earlier in the year. As a result, the total number of shares in circulation and the corresponding voting rights have been updated, impacting shareholder percentages.
