Finsbury Growth & Income Trust PLC has bought back 156,122 of its own shares at 836.72 pence each, which will be held in treasury. This move follows the authorization given at the company’s Annual General Meeting earlier this year. Post-purchase, the company’s total number of shares in treasury stands at 49,280,080, leaving 175,711,223 shares with voting rights available to shareholders.
