Finsbury Growth & Income Trust PLC has bought back 198,047 of its own shares at 848.10 pence per share, which will be kept in treasury. Following the transaction, the company’s total treasury-held shares amount to 53,907,646, leaving 171,083,657 shares with voting rights in circulation. Shareholders can use this latest figure for calculating their percentage of voting interests in the company.
